Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans renew monthly. You can cancel from the account page and keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do you store the video file?
No. Analyses use public metadata, public comments and the timing of the video, not the video file itself.
What counts as an analysis?
One analysis is one video submitted for processing. Opening a saved report does not use an analysis.
